Developer Redrow is offering potential homebuyers in Scotland the opportunity to take advantage of some special offers at a one-weekend event.
The housebuilder will be giving purchasers the chance to take out a two-year fixed-rate mortgage with an interest rate of 2.75 per cent when they buy a property at one of the developer's sites in the country, including those in Glasgow, Braehead, Edinburgh, Falkirk and Dunfermline.
Diana Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes, explained that the company has partnered with a "leading bank" to offer the deal, which is in place between January 30th and February 1st.
"Coupled with our lower than ever prices, it makes this weekend an opportunity not to be missed," she remarked, adding buyers of new homes can potentially save over £500 a year on their fuel bills if they move from an older property.
Elsewhere in Scotland, George Wimpey recently announced the opening of its Kelvindale Glade development, which is located close to Glasgow and features a variety of apartments and houses.
