Miller Homes is finding its properties are doing well at the moment and no less so than at its Birches development in Farnworth.

Just two of the 25 homes remain, with both of them benefiting from four bedrooms and spacious surroundings.

"The Birches has proved that if you have great homes attractively priced, then you can have strong sales even in times of a credit crunch," comments sales manager Helen Toher-Horne.

She adds that families particularly love the new homes, mainly because they have "generous living space" and a stunning selection of bedrooms.

Ms Toher-Horne says the end of the development is the best time to buy, with those who do purchase a property able to move straight in to their dream home.

The Willow Edge development in Gleadless has also proved popular for Miller Homes in recent weeks, offering would-be buyers contemporary apartments at great prices.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19037292-ADNFCR
