A residential scheme in Cambridgeshire run by Redeham Homes has become the UK's most award winning development.

Known as Accordia Living, it has won 16 accolades to date, each of which praising the contemporary design and architecture of the homes.

"It has been an exciting few years for us as Accordia Living has gone from strength to strength and the recognition that we have received from both inside the industry and beyond has been fantastic," comments Pam Reardon, sales and marketing director of Redeham Homes.

She adds that the company specialises in designing great homes, with the recent awards recognising this.

Accordia Living consists of 203 one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom townhouses, which have been built on an existing natural landscape.

Earlier this month, Redeham Homes invited people to attend the preview launch of its Accordia Living development on Brooklands Avenue in Cambridge, giving them the chance to view its 12 townhouses and apartments.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19039375-ADNFCR
