Fairview New Homes has announced it is to renovate a former Horton Kirby Paper Mill site to give first-time buyers more property to choose from.

The 18th century mill will lend itself to 174 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, which will be just over half an hour away from London Victoria Station.

"Our Flying Start deal is simply designed, so first-time buyers just need to arrange a 75 per cent mortgage through our recommended mortgage adviser," comments Jim Holliday, sales director of Fairview New Homes.

He adds that homeowners have no interest or rent to pay on the remaining 25 per cent of the property for ten years, yet still benefit from full ownership.

The apartments will come with a Symphony fitted kitchen, which is equipped with granite-effect work surfaces, a stainless steel sink and a four-burner gas hob, among other things.

Fairview New Homes launched a similar scheme in Bracknell last year at its Celcius development.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19041653-ADNFCR
