Gladedale Homes is urging buyers to snap up their dream home as soon as possible, with bargains unlikely to stick around for long.

It says that stock homes are currently on the market, although buyers need to move fast if they want to secure a bargain, with a limited supply of houses on offer.

Richard Jones, sales director of Gladedale in north-east England, says: "It's not just a cliche or a sales message therefore that these prices genuinely cannot continue for long."

He adds that visitor numbers have increased on last year's figures, showing Gladedale properties are as popular as ever.

Furthermore, Mr Jones says smart buyers are the ones who do not let that dream home slip through their fingers.

Gladedale Homes offers a number of facilities to help people buy their dream home, including a part exchange scheme which it says takes the stress out of moving house.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19046628-ADNFCR
