Croudace Homes is celebrating after being recognised for one of its new build developments.
It achieved overall winner as best new build village for Foresthall Park Stansted Mountfitchet at Your New Home Awards, and also scooped an accolade for best development for family living.

Foresthall Park is also said to benefit from stunning views to the north and south, surrounded by countryside and "designed with elegance".
Croudace Homes will receive its accolades at an award ceremony to be held next month at the Royal Geographical Society in Kensington.
The company is based in Caterham, Surrey and specialises in traditional-style family homes ranging from townhouses to five-bedroom houses.
It aims to reduce its environmental impact by recognising natural resources as a "precious commodity".
