CALA Homes has launched a new show home in Acomb, York, with buyers invited to take a look of what could prove to be their dream property.
It is a Farlington-style townhouse located on the Churchgate development, providing spacious living surroundings and a rear garden.
"All our purchasers have been impressed by the access to some of the best schools in the city, the nearby shopping and leisure facilities and the easy commuting into York and beyond," claims Alison Deakin, CALA Homes sales and marketing director in Yorkshire.
She adds that homes on the development have been snapped up by buyers from both inside and outside of York, with the area proving to be popular.
The new home has a large living room with views over the garden and an en-suite master bedroom, which comes complete with fitted wardrobes.
CALA Homes recently announced it was releasing properties on the final phase of its development at Reedswood Place in Walsall.
