Househunters looking for property in Oldham can be the envy of all their friends by buying their dream home for only three-quarters of its price, it is revealed.

Redrow Homes says 25 per cent of the asking price can be paid up to ten years after the property is bought through an interest-free loan.

"Quite simply, it's an efficient and easy way to enjoy the luxury of owning one of our sought-after brand new homes," comments Lesley Myers, area sales manager for Redrow Homes North.

She adds that financial advisers can help people make that all-important property buying decision, with Redrow Homes aiming to take as much stress as possible out of the house moving experience.

Furthermore, the easi-buy scheme means people may not even need to find a deposit to secure their home, the developer claims.

Earlier this week, Redrow Homes announced it had released homes for sale in Bromborough on its Woodlands Grange development.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19049475-ADNFCR
