A family from Ruislip have found the answer to their financial troubles by scooping up a George Wimpey property.

Stephen and Lesley Hunt helped their offspring on to the property ladder by buying them a two-bedroom apartment to share.

"They have worked hard for what they have, so for the first couple of years they can live there until they can save enough for their own houses in the future," says Mrs Hunt.

She adds that the new home is in a perfect location [nearby to Ruislip tube station], with plenty of shops and bars close by, along with Ruislip tube station.

The George Wimpey St Martin's Court development has properties to suit all tastes, with high-spec apartments starting at around £189,950.

Earlier this week, George Wimpey Homes unveiled another development for homebuyers to consider.

Located on the Marnel Park development in Basingstoke, it has unique features including a Juliet balcony and upside down layout.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19053218-ADNFCR
