St George, a London developer, has unveiled its next release of apartments in the city's Beaufort Park.

The Aurora Apartments contain one, two and three-bedroom properties alongside premier penthouses, giving would-be homeowners plenty to choose from.

Ross Faragher, managing director of St George Central London, says the properties come equipped "with all needs of a modern lifestyle including a bar and restaurant, Tesco Express, managed car parking, residents' gym, and landscaped parkland on your doorstep".

He believes there is still a market for high-quality housing, despite the country's economic troubles.

The apartments offer convenient access to surrounding areas, including nearby Mill Hill, Hampstead and Hendon.

Each property has its fair share of modern fittings, with elegant bathrooms, bedrooms and balconies on offer to new residents.

The average property price in London currently stands at £306,183, with a 14.1 per cent decline seen over the course of the last year.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19055135-ADNFCR
