Miller Homes has announced there are only two properties remaining on one of its Derbyshire developments.
Coppice Park is said to be close to both Derby and Nottingham, making it an ideal place to live, with Miller Homes adding that it is great for those who want to live somewhere secluded.
"The fact that there are now only two homes available for sale at Coppice Park shows that confidence is returning to the market," says Joy Goodman, sales director at Miller Homes East Midlands.
She adds that the properties are available through the MiWay scheme, which makes the home buying process more affordable for people.
It enables them to get lower mortgage rates and not have to worry about a deposit, the development states.
At the moment, the price of an average house in Derbyshire stands at £154,263, with flats averaging at £113,839 and semi-detached £130,927.
