The Bakers in North Fenham, a Gladedale development, is enabling people to buy a flat for as little as £63,746.

It includes 66 properties, which have both one and two-bedroom apartments and semi-detached houses with up to four bedrooms.

"Our incentives allow first-time buyers as well as existing homeowners and investors to take advantage of a greater selection of mortgages and to partake in better interest rates," comments Richard Jones, sales director for Gladedale in north-east England.

He adds that homebuyers need to take advantage of the offers while they last, especially as price cuts are seen in the property market across the country.

Gladedale is offering buyers the chance to own 100 per cent of the property for just 75 per cent of its price, which will enable them to secure the best mortgage for them.

This week, the developer also reported an upturn in its buy-to-let market, with investors taking advantage of the rental yield on properties.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19071472-ADNFCR
