Miller Homes is reporting a massive interest in its properties in Warrington, saying there are just four new homes available on its Urban Space development.

There has been increased demand for the homes, it is revealed, with the developer moving quickly up its release schedule.

Kay Halls, sales manager for Miller Homes, says: "The combination of a prime location, attractive prices, high specification and our MiWay option is proving a winning formula for sales success."

The MiWay scheme enables people to pay just 75 per cent of the property's value, with the remaining quarter to be paid ten years later.

Ms Halls says this enables people to move into their dream homes faster and often works out more affordable than renting a property.

Each of the remaining homes on the Urban Space development has four bedrooms and have carpets already fitted, along with turfed rear gardens.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19089608-ADNFCR
