Bryant Homes is lending first-time buyers a helping hand in Kent through its Sovereign Quarter development, it has been revealed.

It has a number of incentives on offer, including assistance with paying a deposit and with legal fees and stamp duty.

"We are determined to help first-time buyers overcome many of the hurdles which are preventing them from stepping onto the property ladder," comments Tina Westlake from Bryant Homes south-east.

Known as Farringdon properties, they feature a large reception room and French doors which lead out into a rear garden, making them a great choice for a family home.

The master bedrooms are also spacious and are equipped with ensuite bathrooms and spacious wardrobes.

Bryant Homes has also unveiled its Harvington properties in recent days, which are also located in Kent, and are on the market starting at £214,995.

The homes are perfect for both first-time buyers and those looking to downsize, the developer suggests.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19089613-ADNFCR
