Truly 21st century properties are ready for viewing in Manchester, it has been announced.
Property developer Redrow says its homes in Stamford Brook, Altrincham, are well-designed and decorated, with its first show home ready to be seen.

She adds that buyers will benefit from quality if they choose one of these new properties, with the developer responding to tough market conditions.
Bathrooms in the homes, for example, are built to a high specification and have features such as pedestal wash basins and low-profile shower trays.
Redrow Homes recently offered people moving to its Buckshaw Village development in Chorley a part-exchange programme, allowing them to relocate in super-fast time.
