A part-exchange programme in west London is helping people to move into their new home with ease, it is reported.

George Wimpey's Waterside Park development is running the offer, which enables potential homeowners to get their hands on a five-bedroom Finch property.

"Customers can simply reserve their brand new home and we will purchase their current property from them," says regional sales and marketing director for George Wimpey west London Tim Betts.

He adds that with a guaranteed buyer and no estate agent's fees to pay, people can move into their new property with greater ease and reduced stress.

The Finch homes have a range of features, George Wimpey states, with a dining room and breakfast area on hand for those who like to entertain.

An en-suite shower room is also in place for a bit of added luxury, the developer reveals.

George Wimpey has a range of offers on at the moment, including a deposit-matching scheme at Mawsley Village in Northamptonshire.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19112296-ADNFCR
