Those looking for a new home in South Wales need to move fast as Barratt has just three properties left on one of its developments, it is said.

At the Glas Square development, would-be homeowners can take their pick from the three remaining houses, with eight homes left at Vale Meadows.

"We are offering some great opportunities to buyers; anyone interested should come and talk to us sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment," says Adrian Bird, sales director at Barratt South Wales.

He adds that people struggling to sell their homes at the moment should consider a part-exchange programme, which may speed up the process.

The Ty Glas Square development is just a ten-minute drive from Cardiff, Barratt states, with the remaining properties on the market for between £219,995 and £224,995.

Barratt Homes also has a development in Essex which is doing particularly well at the moment, offering a part-exchange programme.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19114977-ADNFCR
