Miller Homes is launching the Homebuy Direct scheme on one of its developments in Bradford, it has been announced.
The government-backed scheme helps people move into their new home with greater ease and is exclusively available at Valley Gardens on Rhodesway.
Jan Hanaby, area sales manager for Miller Homes Yorkshire, explains: "The scheme is designed to assist first-time buyers, key workers and people re-entering the property market."
She adds that it will help those who have found it hard to get on the property ladder, who may have experienced problems with tighter mortgage lending or reduced income.
A total of 15 plots on the development will be released under Homebuy Direct, which gives people the chance to own 100 per cent of a property for 70 per cent of its value.
The latest house price index shows the average price of a house in Bradford currently stands at £112,661, with terraced houses averaging at £80,565.
