Barratt Homes is set to unveil its new showhome in Durham, it has been announced.

The Sheraton Park development in Neville's Cross will get its debut on April 25th and 26th, with the new properties said to benefit from some eye-catching interiors.

Barratt Newcastle sales manager Steve Mariner comments: "The new showhome offers a great opportunity for visitors to come along and see for themselves the style and quality of the homes at Sheraton Park."

The first floors of the properties are said to have a dramatic cream and black theme, with the top floor having more restful shades of blue.

Main bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and dressing room, making these new Barratt Homes truly luxurious for people thinking of moving to the area.

The developer recently revealed that it was seeing large amounts of interest at its new properties in Essex.
