George Wimpey's Bannerbrook Grange development in Coventry is offering a part-exchange programme, it has been noted.

Those looking to sell their home can either benefit from this or from a service which helps people find a buyer for their property.

"Our schemes are a simple way to gain peace of mind and to move in as little as a fortnight," says Daniel McGowan, regional sales and marketing director for George Wimpey.

He adds that it helps people move while being secure in the knowledge their existing property will not hold them back.

One of the properties available through the scheme is the Cambridge, which is said to be a family-sized home, set out in an L-shape layout.

It also has a spacious breakfast room and kitchen, with French doors leading out into the back garden, possibly making it an ideal family home.

A similar scheme is also on offer at Regency Park, which is located in Eastbourne.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19133891-ADNFCR
