Redrow has invested in a new specification for some of its properties, it has emerged.
The developer is introducing the specification at Route 1 West in Anniesland, which will see a rise in the number of family-friendly features.
"We have invested a huge amount of time, money and effort in getting the new designs just right and adding real value to our homes," says Diana Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes Scotland.
She adds that the state-of-the-art appliances and modern furnishings are inspired by Italian designs and will find favour with any new homebuyer.
The new homes are light and spacious, Redrow claims, and are located in the lively west end of Glasgow.
Prices for a three-bedroom property start at £249,995 and are in an excellent location, being just 15 minutes by train from the centre of Glasgow.
Redrow has also recently invested in a new specification for its homes in Newton Abbott, it has been revealed.
