A collection of new apartments has been unveiled by Durkan Estates, with the properties coming complete with historical interest.
Built following the refurbishment of the 19th century Arts and Crafts Ecclesbourne boarding school, the properties are believed to have a certain charm about them.
"Morton Grand is such a unique project with a wow factor that really has to be seen to be appreciated," says Danny Durkan, chief executive of Durkan Estates.
He adds that the homes have all the benefits of the Victorian architecture, while still accommodating the requirements needed in any 21st century home.
In the main apartment block, one and two bedroom properties are available, with some of them split over two floors.
Furthermore, they have plenty of natural light and space, giving people the flexible accommodation they need.
Earlier this month, Durkan Estates announced it was to give buyers the chance to purchase a home on its Bauhaus project in Croydon through the Homebuy Direct scheme.
