Barratt Homes is offering the buyers the chance to benefit from Homebuy Direct on its Regents Park development in Hamilton.
A total of 21 homes will be eligible for the help, which includes those suited to a first family home.
"With a range of four-bedroom properties available to purchase on Home Buy Direct, I'm encouraging expanding Leicestershire families to come and find out more about how we can help facilitate a move," James Poynor, sales director at Barratt North Midlands.
The area benefits from a number of amenities, including shops, schools and access to the city of Leicester itself.
Through the Homebuy Direct scheme, people with a household income of less than £60,000 can pay just 70 per cent of the property's price, with the rest payable over a fixed term.
Applicants, however, are subject to a range of criteria which they must meet in order to be eligible.
