David Wilson Homes is giving people thinking of moving to Leicestershire the chance to get on the property ladder for less.

Thanks to the government's Homebuy Direct initiative, people can move into their ideal property in Kibworth Meadows for just 70 per cent of its value.

The development, situated on Wistow Road, has a range of one, two, three and four-bedroom properties for people to choose from.

Philip Lacey, Sales Director for David Wilson, comments: "With Homebuy Direct purchasers can buy a one-bedroom property for just £69,965 - an unbelievable price which I'm hoping lots of prospective purchasers will take advantage of."

The remaining 30 per cent of the property's value will be funded through an equity loan provided by both David Wilson Homes and the government, which will remain interest-free for the first five years.
