The government-backed Homebuy Direct scheme in Darlaston is proving a success for Persimmon Homes.
Based in Wolverhampton, the homebuilder is said to have been inundated with enquiries from new buyers wanting to snap up a new home on the Keep development site.
"With Homebuy Direct, properties at the Keep are currently priced from just £94,500, which is why it comes as no surprise house hunters realise that there has never been a better time to buy," said Louise Brookes, sales adviser at the development.
She added that it is not only the financial benefits of moving through Homebuy Direct which are attracting business, but also the Keep development's close proximity to both Wolverhampton and Birmingham.
Additionally, the site is said to offer great access to a motorway network and the Black Country Route.
Persimmon recently invited homeowners to attend a part exchange event which is to be hosted on June 6th and 7th in Helsby.
