Following the successful opening of its luxurious show homes last month, George Wimpey’s new Central Square development has seen a flurry of home-buyers rushing to secure their dream home just a short stroll from Birkby town centre.
The housebuilder has sold eight homes since it opened its three bedroom Sloane and Stokesley showhomes and already has a substantial amount of interest in the remaining house types at the development.

New homes currently available at the development include a selection of spacious three-storey townhouses such as the three bedroom Sloane and Stokesley homes, both starting at £159,995.
Buyers at Central Square can benefit from a range of special incentives and packages to help make their move as easy and affordable as possible. These include George Wimpey’s EasyMover and Part Exchange scheme, which have been designed for buyers who have an existing house to sell and the 5% deposit allowance for first time buyers.
