While many housebuyers have been cautious in the current property climate, the Chafer family took advantage of the amazing low prices and helpful deals to bag themselves a beautiful four bedroom detached property in St Helen Auckland.

So happy were they with their new property that they recommended Bryant’s Manor Park, off Leazes Lane to friends who soon moved in.

Previously living near Northallerton in a three bedroom semi-detached home, the Chafer’s chose Bryant’s Manor Park after visiting a selection of other new build homes in the area and looking at the great offers and quality homes available.

Danielle Chafer says: “We got such a good deal at Manor Park that we couldn’t turn it down. The girls who worked with Bryant were just fantastic and practically bent over backwards to help us. We moved at the beginning of the year and it’s been great here, we really love it.”

Danielle, who is studying for a degree, lives with her young sons Zachary and William and husband Lee.

Jackie McKeown, regional sales manager for Manor Park, said: “It’s always great to hear about happy customers, especially those who are so satisfied with their home that they recommend us to their friends! I wish the Chafers many happy years in their new home.”

Designed with contemporary family living in mind the three bedroom semi-detached and detached homes and four bedroom detached properties at Manor Park, off Leazes Lane, offer a relaxing retreat, nestled in the calming surroundings of the village of St Helen Auckland.

St Helen Auckland offers a relaxed atmosphere near to the Rivers Wear and Gaunless. The village has a good selection of amenities including pubs and restaurants and also benefits from being close to Bishop Auckland. This busy market town boasts over 200 shops and over 50 places to eat and drink, as well as tourist spot Auckland Castle.

Location wise Manor Park also has a great deal to offer. The development is in easy reach of the A688 and A1(M) routes north to Newcastle Upon Tyne and south to Darlington.
