Miller Homes has given potential homebuyers a glimpse of its new development in Lincolnshire - the first in the county.
Located in the village of Dunholme, it is just five miles from the centre of Lincoln and offers a range of properties, including three-bedroom townhouses.
Semi-detached homes are also on offer, as are four and five-bedroom detached properties which benefit from being close to the landscaped area of Falcon Heath.
"This is such a desirable location that we have had a lot of interest already in a number of plots, with interested parties ranging from growing families to downsizers," revealed Joy Goodman, sales director at Miller Homes East Midlands.
She said the development was perfect for those in search of a village setting and the developer had already seen an increase in people looking to buy brand new properties.
The Land Registry recently revealed that the average property price in the UK in April stood at £152,898.
