Property hunters looking to get on the property ladder for the first time are being asked to join Crest Nicholson in Kent this Saturday (June 6th).

Experts will be on hand to help out potential purchasers on the Pier in Greenhithe, who may also be able to benefit from paying just three-quarters of the property's value up front through the EasyBuy initiative.

"The quality of homes available at The Pier, as well as its fantastic location, makes it perfect for local homebuyers as well as young professionals looking for an affordable property outside of London," revealed Annette Cole, sales and marketing director for Crest Nicholson Eastern.

A one-bedroom apartment at the Pier is priced at £147,000, the developer announced, although it costs £110,625 with the EasyBuy initiative.

Crest Nicholson recently revealed how one buyer managed to get himself back on the property ladder in Camberley through the scheme.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19203441-ADNFCR
