US billionaire Donald Trump could start developing properties in South Africa and Indian Ocean region, after striking an exclusive 10-year property development deal with Cape Town property developer Neill Bernstein. Full details will be unveiled in a press conference in the next few weeks.
Bernstein did reveal however, that: “Basically, anything that’s going to be done here, in South Africa, or Mauritius, is through me.”
“He’s [Trump] mad about South Africa,” Bernstein added. “He came out here when he was in college and he just loves the place.
It’s been reported that some of the proposed projects could include condominiums, condo-hotels, golf estates and casinos.
