Estate agency, Hamptons International, has opened a flagship office in Abu Dhabi, which is centrally located near the Corniche, just seven months after opening its first office in the emirate.

The Hamptons flagship office will offer the entire spectrum of property services including residential and commercial sales and leasing, property management, valuations & research services, mortgage services and global investments and asset management.

Nasser Abdul Rahman Rafi, managing director, Hamptons International Middle East, said: “There is growing demand for residential and commercial property in the emirate. Recent research by Hamptons on the property sector of Abu Dhabi found that long-term prospects are healthy, and demand for property will continue to outstrip supply as it emerges as a major business hub in the region.”

“The opening of our flagship Abu Dhabi office is therefore part of our long-term strategy to actively engage in the property dynamic of the emirate, and offer customers the entire breadth of property related services. Our new office will further extend Abu Dhabi’s property portfolio to a growing international client base,” he added.

Hamptons International has expanded rapidly in the UAE and the GCC region in recent years, opening offices in Emaar Square, Emaar Business Park, Dubai Marina and The Lakes community in Dubai.
