6 November 2009

Homes Overseas TV, which has today formed a new partnership with the Lead Channel, has launched its second video of the week, on behalf of Viva in Portugal.

Viva in Portugal's ‘Happy Hour’ initiative, presented by international journalist Christina Hippisley, is aimed at reinventing the promotion and sales of residential tourism.

The show also provides exclusive promotions for the purchase of first or second home in Portugal.

Happy Hour features representatives from various developers such as Garvetur (Residential Collection), Grupo Pestana (Resort Collection) and Vilas Rurais (Residential Collection).

In addition to the presentation of these resorts the developers will announce exclusive opportunities and offers that can go from special selling prices to the offering of golf memberships, amongst other innovations. The promotion is true until 13 November 2009.
