Czech Republic property developer Hercesa CZ, a subsidiary of Spain property group Hercesa Inmobiliaria, is planning to construct 347 new apartments in Czech Republic, according to Eurobuild.

Plans for the new Czech homes show that they will be built on Novodvorsks street in Prague’s Libus district, according to the Cezch press agent CTK.

The site of the proposed project, which measures a total area of 16,754sqm, currently features a number of old garages, all of which will be demolished, in order to make way for the new project.
