Fresh research conducted by the Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG) reveals that as many as 211,000 English people are currently looking to buy property for sale overseas, up over 60% in just six years. The majority of these property buyers are aged between 45 and 60 and fascinatingly only 38% of people in this age faction own property for sale in England.
