Ski property specialists Investors in Property have launched a new residential property development in the Austrian ski resort of Bad Gastein.

Located an hour or so from Salzburg, the resort of Bad Gastein is located in a unique location within the resort - at the very top of the famous waterfall, which plunges through the very heart of town.

The ski and spa resort of Bad Gastein is set in the Gastein Valley just 70 minutes from Salzburg by car or train, and is renowned for its natural thermal spas.

The ski region is high altitude (up to 2,685m) with over 40 modern lifts serving over 200km of pistes, offering more skiing than Kitzbuhel, Obertauern, Schladming or Zell am See. Furthermore, there is access to a par 72 18-hole golf course and plenty of hiking, cycling and horse riding in the summer.

The Wasserfall Apartments are just a few moments walk from the centre of town and have breathtaking views down to the golf course and the sunny valley. There are a selection of one to four- bedroom apartments, with prices starting from €193,000 (£172,300). The Wasserfall Apartments are nearly finished and will be ready for occupation this Christmas.
