Albania remains a good place to invest in property for those seeking medium to long-term investment returns, according to a report on Albania Estate.

Despite the global economic slump, the report says that the Albanian property sector remains firm, with new developments being constructed across the country.

It adds that residential prices are still rising at up to 10% per annum, with the greatest appreciation being recorded along the coast and in the capital city of Tirana.

Given the immature nature of Albania’s property market, combined with its economic stability, a growing number of domestic and international investors could start leaning towards buying property in Albania over the next few years.
