For example, we constantly strive to increase the use of more renewable and recycled materials in the construction of our buildings. One of our key current projects is Paragon which will provide over 200 homes for key workers and local people in Hounslow. Paragon homes are built on a modular system. Units are constructed in a factory and transported to the site by lorry where they are craned and bolted into position. This modular approach cuts site construction time by around half, minimizes the disruption for the surrounding neighbourhood and reduces construction waste.
