Cussins Ltd continues a long tradition of quality house-building, established by our distinctive Cussins marque in 1972, right through to the late 1990's, a period of time that saw Cussins Property Group build more than 15,000 properties throughout the region.

Cussins Ltd is a company dedicated to building homes of excellent quality in terms of both design and construction.

Unlike many larger housebuilders, we do not contract out the construction of our homes to main contractors. By employing our own core construction team, we are able to ensure that the quality of our homes always meets the high standards that we demand and that our purchasers have come to expect.

As a smaller house-builder we are able to keep a tight control of all aspects of the development process. Great emphasis is placed on the architectural quality, innovation and the individuality of our homes. We do not have standard house types preferring to tailor homes to their location and the demands of potential purchasers. All of the designs that we use are meticulously examined to ensure that each home we create is well thought out and a pleasure to live in.
