Following a successful partnership as development director and projects director at Glasgow developer, Quality Street, Colin McIntyre and Craig Connelly established Imagine Developments in 2003. Their investment partner is John Boyle’s firm, Hamilton Portfolio, one of Scotland’s leading investment companies. Hamilton Portfolio has a substantial interest in Imagine Developments. In 2007 the business expanded to incorporate an in house construction facility. This business operates under the banner of Imagine Projects and carries out all Imagines construction work as well as entering into joint venture partnerships with third parties.
This partnership of development and funding expertise in its first four years has already secured over 700 units representing total investment of over £100m with a current supply line of over 250 homes to be brought to the market over the next two years. Currently Imagine are on site at seven locations throughout central Scotland. This represents secured on site business value of over £25M with a further £20M planned in the next 18 months.

Imagine Developments Ltd is an investment and property development business specializing in small to medium developments of primarily residential property. Imagine Projects have experience in building a wide variety of build projects from mainstream residential to large healthcare and leisure projects.
We also work in partnership with other developers and have experience in master planning initiatives including Stirling and Erskine. We are also linking into the Clyde Gateway project with two sites in the East End of Glasgow.

The company has six directors supported by departments in Sales and Customer Care; Product and Marketing Design; Project and Corporate Administration.
Funding for the majority of projects is structured by The Hamilton Portfolio. We are also involved in other joint ventures with Park Lane Developments and other private investment companies.
Professional design consultancy and construction services are outsourced to a select team of leading firms and building contractors.
