Jephson Housing Association, an exempt charity, established in 1969 and is a subsidiary of Jephson Homes Housing Association.
Marches Housing Association, also an exempt charity, was formed following the transfer of housing stock from Leominster District Council in 1994, and joined the Jephson Group as a subsidiary in May 1996.
All three associations are registered with the Tenant Services Authority, a Government body responsible for regulating the performance of registered providers in England and are also members of the National Housing Federation.

Jephson provides:
Homes to rent - we provide a range of accommodation from flats to large family houses, for people on low incomes or needing sheltered housing.
Shared ownership schemes - arrangements which allow buyers to buy a percentage of their home and pay rent on the rest.
Special projects - we carry out a range of shared housing or hostel projects, some managed by us, others by specialist management agencies. Each scheme is designed to meet the needs of a particular client group.
