Jephson Homes Housing Association - new homes in United Kingdom
Jephson Housing Association Group manages 15,600 homes throughout the country, which are either rented or sold through low-cost shared ownership to people in housing need.
Jephson Homes Housing Association is the parent organisation in the Group, which also includes:
- Jephson Housing Association, an exempt charity, established in 1969 and is a subsidiary of Jephson Homes Housing Association.
- Marches Housing Association, also an exempt charity, was formed following the transfer of housing stock from Leominster District Council in 1994, and joined the Jephson Group as a subsidiary in May 1996.
All three associations are registered with the Tenant Services Authority, a Government body responsible for regulating the performance of registered providers in England and are also members of the National Housing Federation.

- Homes to rent - we provide a range of accommodation from flats to large family houses, for people on low incomes or needing sheltered housing.
- Shared ownership schemes - arrangements which allow buyers to buy a percentage of their home and pay rent on the rest.
- Special projects - we carry out a range of shared housing or hostel projects, some managed by us, others by specialist management agencies. Each scheme is designed to meet the needs of a particular client group.
