Morris was the first housebuilder in the UK to comply with SAP 80+, the Government's accreditation for scheme energy efficiency. This was across all of its developments and all its house designs. We continue with our long-standing commitment to energy efficiency and last year secured a What House? Award for Best Energy Efficient Development .
Underlying all our activities is a strong emphasis on securing, and acting upon, customer feedback. This includes regular mystery shopper exercises, focus group discussions, customer satisfaction surveys and mailing visitors who choose not to purchase, asking for their reasons.
