With our sister company - N. E. Cox Limited - carrying out our construction work, we are able to keep tight reins on both costs and quality and we are able to react to changes in market demands and specifications. This allows us to provide quality homes at sensible prices.
Since our formation, we have developed sites in partnership with other developers and Housing Associations along with many private development schemes providing the market with a range of homes from starter houses to exclusive luxury housing.
