Over recent years Ruskin has been best known for developments in South West London, North West Kent and Surrey but recently has expanded its geographical area to include Essex and North East London building the stunning Roebuck Heights in Buckhurst Hill and Bataleur Court in Hornchurch.

Over the years Ruskin has completed more than 55 developments. Ruskin has other current projects in Streatham and Hampton with others coming soon in Gants Hill, Epsom and Edenbridge. Ruskin is not a volume builder preferring to specialise in small individual developments, ensuring the quality of the homes and the reputation of the Group are maintained.

 

Ruskin Homes is a registered NHBC builder and on completion each home will be covered by a 10 year warranty of good building by the National House Builders Council. This is a comprehensive warranty which is recognised by Banks, Building Societies and Insurance Companies as a Quality Mark. On completion each purchaser’s solicitor will receive the NHBC Warranty, which will outline the full cover for the first ten years.

All the premiums for the warranty are paid for by Ruskin Homes.

In addition, Ruskin Homes has its own inspection and maintenance procedures, which will be explained prior to your first inspection of your new home and again prior to completion.
