Shepherds Bush Housing Association, one of the leading players in the UK home ownership market. We operate a wide range of successful home ownership schemes across five West London boroughs – Richmond upon Thames, Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon and Hammersmith and Fulham. We have also worked across the whole of London and the South East.

Shepherds Bush Housing Association is a recognised specialist in developing, selling and managing affordable home ownership schemes. Our first development was the refurbishment of over 40 flats in one street in Hammersmith as part of an urban regeneration project. Since then we have sold approx 1500 homes, mainly on a shared ownership basis. We have also helped local authority tenants and key workers such as teachers and health workers buy homes on the open market under a variety of schemes. More recently we have completed a number of new build developments and currently have three major developments Central West, Greenford, Swainson Road, Acton due for release in September 2006 and Townmead, Fulham.
