Frenaros

Frenaros is a traditional Cypriort village with natural charm and welcoming hospitality. It is located centrally, just 3 minutes from Famagusta, 5 minutes from Ayia Thekla and Ayia Napa and 8 minutes from Protaras. All amenities can be found in the village centre. Small Byzantine churches can be found in Frenaros. In the church of Ayia Marina you can see fascinating frescos, painted by various artists. Two of the churches found in the village, the Ayios Andronikos and the Archangelos Michail both date back to the 12th century.
