Belek

Belek has rapidly become Turkey's foremost golfing area, with five international-standard courses, and many more being built.

The region enjoys 300 days of sunshine per year, and is a paradise for sporting enthusiasts. Aside from the golf, one can enjoy sailing, windsurfing, horse riding, mountain climbing and walking.

The resort benefits from a long and uninterrupted ribbon of white, sandy beach, with a beautiful mountainous back-drop (the Taurus Mountains).

Belek is mainly made up of large, high quality resort hotels. Local amenities are also good, but shopping is perhaps best carried out in the city of Antalya, which is 30km to the East.

GOLF COURSES:
The Gloria and Nobilis Courses are at one end of the resort. At the other end of the resort, but only 10 minutes away by car, are National GC, the oldest golf club in Belek (a David Feherty design), Tat Golf, which is a 27-hole, and the new Antalya Golf Club with two courses Pasha and Sultan.
