Househunters can purchase brand new homes with three bedrooms for £189,995 at Bryant's Herne Bay seaside development in Kent.
Each of the properties contains a master bedroom with ensuite facilities, a large reception room with French doors to the garden, a spacious fitted kitchen and gas central heating.
"Househunters interested in making their move to the development can take advantage of a range of incentives," said a spokesperson for Bryant.
For example,
first time buyers who sign up for one of the new homes would be given five per cent of the deposit.
In addition to the three-bedroom homes, there are also one and two-bedroom apartments, with prices starting at £139,995. All prices are correct at the time of publication.
For commuters, Herne Bay railway station provides regular services to London Victoria, while the Canterbury is a 15-minute drive away.
The development is also within easy reach of the Channel Ports and Eurostar services.
Bryant's Herne Bay marketing suite is open seven days a week, from 09:30 to 17:00.
