New build developers have had plenty to shout about in the last few weeks with a run of better than expected results from some of the top ten housebuilders in the country. This month however, the nation is being invited to share in the good news about buying a brand new home with New Homes Month.
The great British public still overwhelmingly wishes to invest in a new home, but are putting plans on hold because of the problems of raising deposits or obtaining a mortgage according to a YouGov poll published today for the New Homes Marketing Board (NHMB).
