Galliford Try is unifying its housebuilding division under one national brand Linden Homes. Under rebranding plans announced today Midas Homes, Stamford Homes, Gerald Wood Homes and Rosemullion Homes will change their name to the largest existing regional brand Linden Homes.
Galliford Try has boosted its landbank from 7,800 plots to 9,700 plots since last summer as the firm looks to expand in the south in line with the three year strategy set out prior to the rights issue last September.
Leading housebuilder Galliford Try Homes has acquired over 1,500 plots for new homes in the past six months as it continues its expansion plans for the next three years.
